KASIA GIBBS – REGISTERED MANAGER

With over 20 years of experience in the health and social care sector, including more than 17 years in senior leadership and management roles, I am passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led both residential and domiciliary care services, supporting teams to achieve excellent outcomes, including Outstanding regulatory ratings. My experience has given me extensive expertise in governance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, workforce development, and operational leadership, ensuring that residents consistently receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

I have a particular interest in harnessing the strong potential of data and technology to improve care quality, resident outcomes, and organisational performance. As I continue my studies towards a Level 4 Qualification in Data Analytics, I am combining my practical leadership experience with data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and innovation across health and social care.

I firmly believe that outstanding care begins with strong leadership, compassion, integrity, and empowering others to reach their full potential. By creating positive, supportive environments for both residents and colleagues, I strive to inspire teams to deliver the very highest standards of care every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and my dogs, who provide a welcome reminder of the importance of kindness, balance, and wellbeing-values that I bring into my professional life as well.
