PAULA STAFFORD – REGISTERED MANAGER
Professionally, I hold the Level 5 QCF Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care and have completed a wide range of specialist training to enhance both my own practice and the development of others. This includes the CIEH Train the Trainer Certificate, Performance Management, Dementia Care, Moving and Positioning Assessor Training, Infection Prevention and Control (Train the Trainer), Advanced Medication Management, and many other leadership and clinical training programmes. With over three decades of experience, I remain committed to promoting excellence in care, supporting colleagues to reach their full potential, and creating warm, welcoming environments where residents can live fulfilling, meaningful, and happy lives.
